HubSpot: New Features February 2023

HubSpot: New Features In recent months, HubSpot has continued to grow and improve. In fact, many of HubSpot’s new capabilities are due to ongoing user input on its forums, which are constantly reviewed by Product Managers and included in the product development roadmap.

Latest news announced by HubSpot

1. Global filters in reporting dashboards

If you’ve ever created reporting dashboards in HubSpot, you’ve probably duplicated your reports to view your data segmented by pipeline, region, or sales team. 

Well, with this update, you’ll never have to duplicate reports again . HubSpot has just added filters that can be applied to all dashboard reports at once. For example, in a service dashboard, you can have general reports for all ticket pipelines and filter them by team all at once using this new feature.

 

Additionally, this will help you keep your report listing more organized, and it will take you longer to reach your HubSpot portal’s report limit. This update is now available for all plans and Hubs, including the free version.

2. Receive calls within HubSpot HubSpot: New Features 

A very popular feature of HubSpot’s CRM is the ability to make calls directly to our leads and customers, which then appear logged in their corresponding profile. Now, HubSpot has added the ability to automatically log incoming calls,  without the need for additional integrations.

 

For now, the available numbers are only from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, but they are working to include numbers from other countries soon.  It’s worth noting that you don’t need to be located in any of these countries to use these numbers. This is a public beta for Starter+ plans. 

3. Associating marketing events with HubSpot campaigns

If you have Marketing Hub Professional or overseas data higher, you can now associate a new type of item with a HubSpot campaign: marketing events. This way, with the data analyzed on event performance, we’ll achieve greater visibility, efficiency, and a consistent experience across campaigns from start to finish. 

 

4. Automations in Ads for Starter+ 

In the Ads tab, you can now create simple automations for websites using Starter and higher plans. This way, for example, you can send a follow-up email when your contacts have interacted in some way with your paid content.

 

5. Logic in the business or ticket creation form

It’s now possible to request different this is because digital transformation and easy access properties in the new business or ticket creation form. Previously, the tool requested the same properties regardless of the pipeline the new object was intended for, so the possibilities of making certain properties mandatory at creation time were quite limited.

This new feature is now available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

 

6. Calendar view for scheduling meetings from the CRM

When scheduling meetings with clients or leads, it’s quite tedious to have to navigate between our calendar, email, and HubSpot to schedule a call. Thanks to this new feature, you’ll only have to worry about connecting your accounts, and you can do whatsapp phone number the rest from the tool. From now on, you can see your calendar availability when you click the meeting button on the contact, deal, or company profile. Plus, it works for all HubSpot plans, including the free one.
