About a year ago I thought differently. “Two more years and I already have the capital necessary to be able to move forward with my own business on Amazon.” I was very wrong. I had pushed myself to such a point that I was on the verge of having burnout . The signs were obvious. I was burned out because my only goal was to make it to Friday no matter what and thinking of strategies to “survive” the day to day somehow. I was not enjoying what I was doing.
Less projects, less stress
Getting back to normal wasn’t difficult. I knew poland whatsapp number data exactly what I had to do. Taking on fewer projects was always the obvious solution. The funny thing is that I never made the conscious decision, but my professional situation simply evolved towards a point of fewer projects. Luckily, that’s how it was. The stress level has dropped from 150 to 70. Something healthy, let’s say.
More organization
I have never been a disorganized person amazon and lg logo professionally, but it can always be better. In the end, if you want to be successful with something, you will need people who want to walk that path with you. If you are organized and everyone else is not very helpful, it is not much use. Thanks to Jira and Confluence, this is changing. We have not been working for a long time yet, but working in sprints is our solution. This week we finished the first one and it looks good.
More health
I can’t say that I didn’t do things for my data on health before. There’s only one small thing that has changed. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for years (from Monday to Friday eating once a day), exercising almost every day and getting the necessary amount of sleep. Today our middle son has had nightmares and I’ve slept much worse than usual, but that’s what happens when you have children (I’ve also enjoyed having him with us because these moments will become increasingly rare). The thing that has changed is Crossfit with my wife. The pace has dropped from once a week due to personal plans. I do it mainly so that she does more strength training, which will be useful for her in 20 years.
