Something so simple can be very complicated for many people. For example, one of my brothers has been living with depression for a long time. He is stable but always has his downs, as is normal with this type of illness. Since I know what he suffers from, I consider this issue even more important.
Sleep well
Most things are about prevention. One mexico whatsapp number data of the things I tell you is that you have to improve your sleep. If you don’t go to bed on time, you’re already starting the next day off badly. Lack of sleep directly affects your well-being.
Another key factor is stress reduction. This involves planning, which results in avoiding surprises. If you already know what you have to do and have planned when you are going to do it, everything will be easier.
Start the day with something for yourself
These lines are for me. I spend time writing which more visual and interactive content means I spend time thinking. Before I drink my coffee alone watching 3-4 Youtube videos in 15-20 minutes of time. Lately I watch videos about Lego EOL, soccer training practices, financial freedom, nutrition, training, etc.
Then I move on to something difficult. Many days I have a workout in my Freeletics app that I already “fear” before I even start. I know I’m going to suffer and have a hard time for 10-20 minutes. When that time has passed I feel proud because I’ve once again overcome that barrier and when I start the day the rest seems easy.
Do not eat until dinner
For me it’s been perfect. My days are more data on productive and free of burdens. I don’t have moments of tiredness during my work day. However, when my wife and I sit down to watch our daily hour of Netflix I might fall asleep.
I don’t have email notifications. It frees you from a lot of emotional baggage. It seems simple but it contributes greatly to my mental health. I can focus better on things and I have fewer distractions. I only see messages on WhatsApp if I enter it consciously.
Avoid WhatsApp before going to sleep
This is new and I realized I should add it to my list. I had a conversation yesterday that put me in a really bad mood. I went to bed with a negative thought. I don’t want to end the day like this. It was my fault for going on Whatsapp.
As time goes by, these things become more and more important. Your time is precious and you cannot waste a single minute of it thoughtlessly. In my 20s or 30s, I would not have thought about these things or given them the importance I am doing now. We are getting older. For the better.
